Ashu holds a secret!

I liked the comparison that Chaitanya made today. He told ashu: The baby in mom's womb is like a fish in an aquarium!!! Just loved it. The way Ashu got excited when i told her she was soon to get a sibling of her own. I told her not to tell anybody as yet. She agreed to keep it a secret. And that meant not telling nanna as well. Later I learnt that she tried sharing the news with nanna twice but decided to keep quiet. One fine morning, the day after my first doctor visit, on the way to school in the Wagon R, she asked nanna why they can't get a new car. And Chaitanya replied, they bought the Wagon R when she was born and they would a buy a new one when the new baby was born. Her reaction was just so recordable.."Oh..so you got to know about the baby. amma told you yesterday when you went to the doctor? but i knew it much before." She was so proud to be holding a secret !!

Ashu-The solution girl

So she told her dad, if you want to talk to your friends while driving, why dont you ask them to travel with you in the car. I just loved her idea. Isnt it true that technology has actually reduced the opportunity of peaple meeting (in person) more often? Well, she is yet to get used to using the phone to talk to HER friends. She loves chatting with them at school and on the way back home. I am sure all of us do miss our school life (It was so much more pure fun -unadulterated with technology) One day, her Dad had to rush to the office and didnot have time to even read the newspaper. She advised "Its OK Dad. Just carry it with you to the office and read it there." Dad has a problem with the unruly traffic on Indian roads. Whenever she catches her Dad cursing the uninvited intruders who have appeared before hi...
